Privacy Policy

Quant Wulf is a market-research terminal at quantwulf.com. This page says, in plain English, what we collect about you, why, and how to make us delete it.

What we collect

• Account details — your name and email, or the basic profile Google shares when you sign in with Google (name, email, avatar). We never see your Google password.
• What you put in the app — trades, holdings, watchlists, cash entries, and settings you enter. This is your book; we store it so it follows you across devices.
• Usage and errors — which screens are used and crash reports, through PostHog (analytics) and Sentry (error monitoring), so we can fix what breaks.
• Morning Brief signups — the email address you give on the landing page, used only to send the brief.

What we never collect

• No brokerage credentials — Quant Wulf never connects to your broker.
• No card or bank details — Paddle, our payment partner, collects those on its own secure pages. We receive only your subscription status and an order reference.
• No selling or renting of your data to anyone, ever.

How we use it

To run the product: keep you signed in, sync your book, send the daily desk emails you signed up for, and fix bugs. That's the whole list.

Where it lives

Data is stored on our cloud infrastructure (Railway, with a Postgres database). Market prices come from a licensed market-data provider; your personal data is never sent to it.

Third parties we rely on

Google (sign-in), Paddle (payments), PostHog (analytics, only with your consent), Sentry (error monitoring), Railway (hosting). Each receives only what its job requires.

Payments

Subscriptions are billed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle takes your card details and billing address on its own pages and issues your receipts; its privacy policy covers that data. We never see your full card number.

Cookies and analytics

• Essential — what keeps you signed in and remembers your theme. No consent needed; the app can't work without it.
• Analytics (PostHog) — only after you tap Accept on the cookie bar. It tells us which screens get used and where the app breaks. Tap Decline and nothing is stored for analytics. Change your mind anytime in Settings → Account → Cookies.
• Error reports (Sentry) — sent only when something crashes, so we can fix it. Not used for advertising or profiling.

Deleting your data

Settings → Delete account wipes your account and every book you stored with us. Or email support@quantwulf.com and we'll do it for you.
